He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wesley and Sarah Neal (Evans); and his sisters, Janet Taylor and Emma Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Neal (DeBold); his children, Matthew Jr. (Ashley), Kaleb, Katelynn, Ava Neal, Micah, Bogue, Gabriel, Chandler, Emma Heck, Justin (Logan) and Daniel (Brittnee); his stepson Robert Gething (Kelly); and his cousin Roy Neal. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
