He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley J Kagarise. He is survived by: his children, Margie, Cyndi, Jean, Wayne Jr., Marc, Richard and Michael; and his brother James L McCullough. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
