She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kaczmark and Rose Kaczmark (Kolat); her husband George M. O'Brockta; and her granddaughter Toni Lynn Bukzar. She is survived by: her close friend Josephine Gresko; her daughters, Patricia A. Wakelee of Medina, Victoria R. Esler of Shakopee and Minn (Georganne O. Farrah); her grandchildren, Robert W. Ankrom, Jr., Darlene Unger, Pamela K. Holsten and Kenneth H. Esler; her stepgrandson Jermey Farrah; her sisters, Frances Gray of Yukon, Julia "Judy" McGrady (Ralph) and Susan Moore (Larry); her sister-in-law Mary Jane Katchmark of Waynesburg; and her siblings, Charles D. Katchmark, Jack Kaczmark, Leonard T. Katchmark, Gertrude Hvizda and Carolyn Christopher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
