He was predeceased by: his wife Betty J. Hetrick (Seidel); his parents, C. Clair Hetrick and Ruth Hetrick (Mattern); and his son Kirk R. Hetrick. He is survived by: his significant other Hetrickdale Farms; his children, Sandra L. Kaplan (Sanford Kaplan) of Brooksville, Florida, Beverly A. Stoudt (Craig Stoudt) of Jefferson Township, Lorie J. Kumer (Joseph Kumer) of Lititz, Cheryl D. Zosh (Daniel Zosh) of Laguna Beach, California, Joel R. Hetrick (Lisa Z. Hetrick) of Jefferson Township, Scott W. Hetrick (Lisa M. Hetrick) of Tulpehocken Township, Holly J. Boltz (Alan Boltz) of Jefferson Township and Alison J. Strunk (Jeffrey Strunk) of Jefferson Township; and his siblings, Harold C. Hetrick of Oley, Erma Burkhart of Exeter Township and Isabella Rhodes of Fleetwood. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter.
