She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hermanski and Dorothy Hermanski (Tobias). She is survived by: her husband James H. Appelman III; her children, Jeffrey Brophy (Christa) of Catawissa and Kelly Seidel of Wake Forest; her grandchildren, Tyler Brophy of Anderson, Indiana and Reese Brophy of Catawissa; her great grandchild Paisley Layne Brophy of Anderson, Indiana; and her sister Shirley (Henry Oravitz) of Frackville.
