He is survived by: his sons, Roger Kwolek Jr. (Lisa), Jason Kwolek and Jefferson Twp; his grandchildren, Morgan Kwolek, Jimmy Kwolek and Angelo Kwolek; and his siblings, John Kwolek (Cecilia), Peter Kwolek, William Kwolek (Josette) and Johanna Marzani (Joe).
