We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Richard E. Davis of Jefferson, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Davis and Mildred Davis (Bone); and his sister Joan Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Thelma J. Davis (Smith); his daughter Karen L. Smargiassi; and his granddaughter Bria G. Smargiassi. He is also survived by friends, co-workers.
State COVID-19 guidelines for social distancing and masks will be required for anyone attending the visitation and services.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
