He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl F Dando Sr. and Myrtle J. Foster Dando; his wife Eleanor "Cookie" Dando; and his siblings, Jack, William, Carl, Jr. and Nina Sobek.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Jane Pollock, Chasity Marie Girvin (Jody) and Christy Dawn Broadwater (Travis Robertson); his grandchildren, Emily Ann Pollock Holp (Ron), Jacob Michael Girvin (Devan Marie), Timothy Brian Broadwater, Nicolena Marie Girvin (Avery Matthews), Tyler Lee Girvin, Briana Dawn Broadwater, Joshua Thomas Girvin, Maura Elizabeth, Adam Robert Pollock, Andrew Richard Pollock, Wyatt Marshall Broadwater and Rylee Robertson; his great grandchildren, Hayden Rae Holp, Charles Robert Holp, Logan Elizabeth Girvin and Taylor James Girvin; and his sister Shirley Tonarelli.
