He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Webb and Brassie Webb (Stilwell); his great grandchild Gideon Enoch Ladd; and his siblings, Bernard Webb, Roy Webb, Bell Shelton, AnnaMae Webb and Lilly Dell.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene E. Webb (Hersh); his children, Raymond Webb of Spring Grove, Roger Webb (Debra) of Spring Grove, Lois Glasgow (James) of Shenandoah, VA, Lucinda Bankert (Wayne) of Hanover and Lora Billet (Kirt) of Spring Grove; his grandchildren, Colby Webb, Kara Tervo, Justin Webb, Natasha Ladd, JD Glasgow, Lamanda Dovel, Tiffany Glasgow, Grace Glasgow, Trenton Bankert, Katie Hafer, Whitney Kostalas and Shayla Gemmill; and his sisters, Alta Schrum of Spring Grove and Linda Krietz of Dover. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
