She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter F. Maskil and Grace Stewart Maskil; her spouse Christopher W. Sheldon Sr.; her sons, Christopher W. Sheldon Jr. (Danette) of Brownsville and Erik H. Sheldon (Shay) of Crucible; her grandchildren, Lakelyn Marie Denny and Timothy Luke Sheldon; her son Jason B. "Dukie" Sheldon; and her brother Walter E. Maskil.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Gideons Memorial Bibles of Greene County, P.O. Box 732, Waynesburg, PA 15370.
