She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Erma Fike Smith of Clarion; and her sister Jean Slagle (Fred). She is survived by: her children, Larry W "Jan" Martz of Clarion and Kathy J. "Butch" Rhoades of Strattanville; her grandchildren, Jami Rhoades of Brookville, Joseph "Jessica" Rhoades of Hernando and Andrew Martz of Oakdale, PA.; and her nephew Harold Smith (Richard Greenawalt). She is also survived by special friend and companion and many nieces and nephews.
