She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Karbowski; and her parents, Ferdinand Schultz and Dorothy Schultz (VanHorn). She is survived by: her children, Robert Karbowski (Denise) of Carlisle, William Karbowski (Ruth) of Mt. Carmel, TN and Deborah Englert (John) of Lake Ariel; her grandchildren, Ronald Musgrave, Jr. (Cherie Schmitt), Dr. Lauren Englert (Matthew Sapet) and John Englert, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Dayla Musgrave, Mazzie Musgrave, Vada Musgrave and Lochlann Englert-Sapet.
