She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Mary Andrejchak (Vasil); her son John Chepanoske; and her brother George Andrejchak. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Ashcraft of Elizabeth Twp, Anthony Chepanoske (Andrea) of Buena Vista, William Chepanoske of Lakeside, AZ and David Chepanoske of Sewickley; her grandchildren, Shane Smith (Nicole), Danielle Miller (Wesley), Taryn Chepanoske, Brent Smith and Mike Chepanoske; and her great grandchildren, Carson Smith, Brent Smith and Payton Miller. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
