She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lellock and Thelma Lellock; and her brothers, Roger Lellock and John Ronald Lellock. She is survived by: her sister Georgianna Chango of Clarksburg, TN.; her children, Roger Hoffman (Mona) of Punxsutawney, Tina Hackenberry of Punxsutawney, Nina Reed (Cheyenne) of Punxsutawney and Beth Work (Rick) of Hermitage, PA.; her grandchildren, Rob, Justin, Amanda Hoffman, Cheyenne, Heath, Logan Reed, Isabel Hackenberry, Kyle and Cody; her great grandchildren, Cassidy Fetterman, Camielle Dinger, Lorne Dinger, Monroe Hoffman and Sidney Hoffman; and also Carolyn Ferreira of Harrodsburg, KY..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorial donations be made to the First United Methodist Church, 301 W. Mahoning St., Punxsutawney, PA Public visitation will be held from 2 – 4 PM and 6 – 8 PM on Tuesday August 7, 2018 at the Richard L. Fait Funeral Home, 117 North Jefferson Street, Punxsutawney, PA 15767.
