He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Dorsey and Fannie Dorsey (Bonner). He is survived by: his children, Leon Mills of Pittsburgh, Lona, Leelah, Debbie Mills of Atlanta, GA, Fannie Dorsey of Pittsburgh and Garylynn Mills of Homewood; and his siblings, Madeline Dorsey of Jefferson, Kenneth Dorsey of Penn Hills, William Dorsey of Homestead and Montez Jones of Clairton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and his grandchildren.
