She was predeceased by: her parents, Levis Kincade and Elise Kincade; and her husband Kenneth Axe. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Jr. Axe (late Jeannette), Charles Axe (Linda) and Terry Goodyear (Robert). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
