He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Samuel Binner and Mabel Mae Binner (Hollenbach). He is survived by: his sons, Duane A. Binner of Jefferson Twp and Jodie L. Binner (Rachel Blackwell) of Jefferson Twp; his grandchildren, Ashlee, Alexa, Jenna, Danica, Stacey, Kristy and Scott; and his siblings, Jean A. Haag and Richard H. Binner.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Strausstown Rod and Gun Club.
