He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Rehm and Rose Mary Rehm (Twohig); and his siblings, Paul and Julia Rush (Judy). He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Terri); his daughters, Carolyn Erdelji (Fred), Judy Jamison (Sam) and Debbie Massari (Don); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Sarah, Ethan, Sydney, Jules and Maddie; and his siblings, George Rehm (Kathy), Rosemary Rehm (James Doyle) and Paula Sykes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
