He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas O'Hara; and his siblings, Delores Costanzo, Kathleen Enslin, Margie O'Hara, Lucille Kozar, Thomas O'Hara, William O'Hara and Patrick O'Hara.
He is survived by: his parent Sadie O'Hara (Harkins); his nephew Thomas Napolitano (Barbara); and his brother James O'Hara of Jefferson Twp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
