He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rizno and Margaret Rizno (Kubichar). He is survived by: his wife Judy M. Sabo; his son John T. Rizno; and his siblings, Elayne Hoge (Jerry) of Jefferson, Joann Yocobet of Mather, Frank "Sonny" Rizno and Darlene Hopton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
