He was predeceased by: his brother Julius "Sonny"; his sister-in-law Margaret; and his parents, Julius Kukurugya and Esther Kukurugya. He is survived by: his wife Lois (Sillett); his children, Julie Ulery of Charleston, WV, Natalie Graham, Keith of Cape Coral, FL, Jerome "Jeb" Kukurugya and Anne of Demorest, GA; his grandchildren, Jackson, Parker, Evan Ulery, Addison Graham and Jerome Kukurugya; and his sister Esther Waltz (John "Pete" Waltz) of Clairton, PA. He is also survived by loving nephew and nieces.
