He is survived by: his wife Lucy Walker Bowser; his sisters, Joan Faybik, Dorothy Lingenfelter and Shirley Allen; his aunt Mildred Schorr; his cousin Leanna Ryba (Richard); his children, Brian Howard (Rose), Lara Stagg (Alan) and Danny Howard (Paula); and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Gunner, Carson, Oliver, Tyler, Daniel, River and Gabe. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
