He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O. O'Hara and Sadie O'Hara (Harkins); and his daughter Debra. He is survived by: his children, John O'Hara (Linda) of Quakertown, James T. O'Hara (Jackie Novak), Barbara O'Hara of Lake Ariel and Scarlett O'Hara (Kathy Smith) of Beaumont. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
