He is survived by: his parent Mildred Collins (Kreidler); his children, Cindy Collins of Jefferson Twp and Gary W. Collins (Denise); his sister Evelyn Massetti (Jim) of Davenport; and his stepsons, John Carey (Sherry) of Elmhurst Twp and David Carey of Lake Ariel.
