He was predeceased by: his parents, George Michael and Caroline Pelligrino Kotlar; his wife Aldine Kroll Kotlar; and his sisters, Barbara Jean Kotlar and Catherine Krukowsky.
He is survived by: his daughters, Erica Manack (Randy) of Rostraver Township, PA and Melanie Averitt of Cumming, GA; and his grandchildren, Paige Averitt, Claire Averitt, Laine Averitt, Olivia Manack and Hunter Manack.
