He was predeceased by: his mother Eleanor (Kij); and his sister Deborah Small. He is survived by: his father George P. Gallagher Sr.; his wife Deborah A. (Baxter); his sister Heidi M. Jones; his goddaughter Deborah Rae; and his brothers-in-law, Richard R. Baxter Jr. (Elizabeth) and Edward Small. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
