He is survived by: his wife Deborah Frost-Balliard; his sister Juanita Balliard Carter; his mother-in-law Dolores Frost; his siblings-in-law, Cathy Gray (Marvin), Susan Frost Benzo (Bruce), Leonard Frost Jr., Lynn Frost, Stephen Frost, Nanette Ragan (John) and Lisa Kotewicz (Ray); his godson Daniel Ragan; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Price and Harry Carter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
