It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gaetano Reale (Jefferson, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 5, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Reale and Angela Costanzo; and his sister Lisa. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Anita Kohn (Ron), Frank (Kim), Donna and Guy Michael Reale (Lisa); and his siblings, Bruno, Dominic, Albino, Rose, Lena, Fran and Sarina. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Disease Association or Jefferson Health Hospice.
