With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Schmel (Jefferson, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 10, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Schmel and Cecelia Schmel. He is survived by: his son David Schmel of Warminster; and his siblings, Richard Schmel of Carpenterville, IL, Cecelia Tomasco (Henry) of Mt. Laurel, NJ, Stanley (Raymond Schmel) and Lorraine Lauterwasser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to a charity of the donors choice in memory of Francis.
