With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eileen O'Toole (Jefferson, Pennsylvania), born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 18, 2018 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh E. Morgan (Bud) and Edith A. Sorli Morgan; and her husband John. She is survived by: her children, Daniel O'Tooole of Smithton, Donna Bernero of Fall Church, VA, Maureen O'Toole of New Stanton, Amy Jo Rapp (Tom) of Monongahela and Susan Buza (Allan) of Belle Vernon; her grandchildren, Meaghan, Chloe, Jessica, Rebecca, Thomas, Shane, Sara Ann and Samantha; her sisters, Carole of Newark, DE. and Diana of Bear, DE.; her sister-in-law Thomas O'Toole (Kathy) of Bay City, MI.; and also, McKinley of Newark, DE. and McDermott of Bear, DE.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
