She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her parent Sarah Petrowski Cox; her children, Carolyn Balconis of Lake Ariel, PA, Michael Cyganick of Lake Ariel, PA, Thomas Cyganick of Honesdale, PA and Steven Cyganick of Carbondale, PA; and her sister Nancy Mupo of Delaware. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
