We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2020, at the age of 90, Edward Sterdis of Jefferson, Pennsylvania, born in Monessen, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sterdis and Genevieve Teska Sterdis; his daughter Marian Sterdis; his parents-in-law, Paul and Mary Romanakis; his siblings, Elaine Bubonic and Robert Sterdis; and his son-in-law Ron Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Angeline Sterdis; his children, Genevieve Evans, John Edward Sterdis and Michael Sterdis; his grandchildren, Ron Evans, Janine Sterdis, Carrie Rumbaugh (Daniel) and Stephanie Sterdis; his great grandchildren, Gionna Rumbaugh, Noah Rumbaugh and Adam Stlachta; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Sterdis and Bill Bubonic.
Keeping in compliance with the State Mandate, guests are asked to please abide by personal protective guidelines, masks MUST be worn, social distancing must still be maintained and to please minimize your visit to allow other family and friends to pay their respects to the family since we are still limited to 25 guests in the funeral home at a given time.
