He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl M. Stidard Sr. and Harriet Stidard (Martin); and his siblings, Sylvia, Gerald and Harriet.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Stidard (Kozemchak); his children, Earl M. Stidard III (Becki) of Elizabeth and Lora Safran (Scott Peterman) of Pleasant Hills; his grandchildren, Ethan, Lilly, Eli and Aleksa; and his sister Leah Palmer (Eugene) of Clairton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
