He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pacek and Clara Pacek (McIntyre); his brother Jerry Pacek; his nephew Jerry; and his niece Erin.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Pacek (Petit); his children, Dr. Corey A. Pacek (Athena) of Butler and Carley A. Wyant (Rob) of Economy Boro; his grandchildren, Tate Pacek (Becky) of Saxonburg, Jackson, Zane, Deianira, Leda Pacek, Dexter, Annie Wyant, Alex and Max Pacek; his siblings, Bill Pacek of Tarentum, Charlie Pacek of Natrona Heights, Clara "Sis", Linda and Jeanne; and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Cogley of Apollo and Amy Gettinger (Joe) of Creighton.
Burial will be in Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Frazer Twp Family suggests contributions to Hillman Cancer Center, 4th.
