We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2021, at the age of 71, Deborah Campbell in Jefferson, Pennsylvania, born in West Elizabeth, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold C. Werner and Anna Marie Werner (Wray). She is survived by: her husband Louis T. Campbell; her children, Mindy Devlin of Floreffe, Derek Martin (Katie) of Elizabeth Twp and Curt Martin of Buena Vista; her stepchildren, Cindy Harrison (Rich) of Finleyville and Louis T. Campbell of Library; her granddaughters, Victoria, Ariella and Talitha; her stepgrandchildren, Jessica, Angie, Carrie, Louis T. III and Carolyn; and her brothers, Harold Werner Jr. of Grindstone and Robert Werner (Barb) of Elizabeth. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
