She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Clarence and Dorothy Jean Wells, Sr. (Elliot); and her husband Michael Raymond Kurtz. She is survived by: her daughters, Bernadette J. Kurtz-Davis (Tom) of Waynesburg, Michelle R. Kurtz (Brenda) of Morgantown and W. Va; her grandchildren, Michael Davis, John and Brantley Kurtz; and her siblings, Arthur C. Wells, Jr. (Donna) of Brownsville, Ronald Wells (Jody) of Uniontown, Joseph A. Wells, Sr. (Ruthann) of Brownsville, Pamela Rhoads (Rodney) of Wake Forest, NC, Lisa A. Briscoe (Frederick) of Brownsville and Bonnie Trent. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
