We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2024, at the age of 80, Charles T. Palmer in Jefferson, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Palmer and Violet Margaret Palmer (Stewart); and his nephew Peter P. Ferri. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas C. Palmer of Ocean City, NJ, Patricia C. Ferri (Peter J.) of Pipersville and Sharon L. Hazard (James) of Winter Haven, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Stephen Ferri, David Hazard, Linda Doelp, Diane Cosgrove, Victoria Boardman, Susan Palmer and Cathy Helm.
