He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Lee; his parents, Anthony Gelesky and Mary Ognowsky Gelesky; his daughter Tricia Gelesky; and his sister Jeannie Gelesky.
He is survived by: his son Jon David Gelesky; and his granddaughter Alina Gelesky.
