He is survived by: his wife Ethel (Jackson); his children, Mike (Lucy), Dave (Julia), Beth Curtis (Alex), Chris (Jill) and Grandpap; his siblings, Jane Kenny (Jack) and John (Susan); and his sister-in-law Lorraine Prothero (Dave). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
