He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fred Deutsch and Doris Matilda Deutsch (Severit); and his brother Frank Deutsch. He is survived by: his wife Mercedes Deutsch (Bisogni); his children, Scott Deutsch (Krissy) of Jefferson Hills and Michele Karras (Brian) of Venetia, Pennsylvania; his granddaughter Laura McClure (Ben) of Venetia; and his siblings, Marlene Larkin of Weaverville and James Deutsch (Barbara) of Allenport, Pennsylvania..
