He is survived by: his wife Mary Ducko Harchar; his sons, Joseph Harchar of Woodbridge, VA, John Harchar (Judie) of The Woodlands, TX, Kenneth Harchar of Jefferson Hills and Robert Harchar of Jefferson Hills; his nephew Sidney Cicchini (JoAnne); and his nieces, Phyllis Usko of Forward Township, Claire Marie Cicchini Monias (Tony) of Belle Vernon and Diane Hickley (Ed) of Port Vue.
