He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Lowe and Mary Lowe (Grieve); his wife Jane Lowe (Braddock); and his sister Molly R. Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Jayann Brinker (late Tex) of Jefferson Hills and Jeffrey G. Lowe (Kimberly) of Jefferson Hills; his grandchildren, Jason Brinker of Jefferson Hills, Jenna Freund (Jeffrey) of Jefferson Hills and Jennifer Campadel (Thomas) of Pleasant Hills; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Jonah, Jack, Jordan, Josie, Beatrice and Rosaline; and his brother Reid (late Shirley) of Peters Twp. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Jack's name should be made to the Wilson Presbyterian Church, 400 N. 4th.
