He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar William Budday Sr. and Betty Jean Budday (Wilson). He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph Budday of Jefferson Hills and James R. Budday (Anna) of Wilson, N. C; and his nephews, James Budday of Pittsburgh and Michael Budday of North Carolina.
