She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Jacobs; her grandson Brian; her parents, John Sharpe and Agnes Sharpe (Naughton); and her siblings, Thomas Sharpe, Agnes Cloherty, Stella Margie Cregan and Gayle Bost.

She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Jacobs (Katherine), Thomas Jacobs (Dina) and James "Jake" Jacobs (Jill); her grandsons, Andrew (Lauren), Daniel (Whitney), Michael and Joseph; and her great grandchild Ryan.
