She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin C. Simmen; her sister Martha Lemak; and her parents, Nick Petrovich and Pauline Petrovich. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Lang (John), Frank Simmen (Reenie) and Al Simmen (Marcia); her grandchildren, Nick Simmen, Julie Lang and William "Billy" Simmen; her siblings, Peter Petrovich, Paul Petrovich, Marian Roman, Daniel Petrovich and Nancy Booth; and her sister-in-law Norma Simmen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
If desired, donations may be made in Dorothy's name to Jefferson United Presbyterian Church.
