He was predeceased by: his brother David Yanko. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Barb" Yanko (Hohn); his children, Jamie Geis (Gregg) of Elizabeth and Jesse Yanko (Kayla) of Washington, Pennsylvania; his granddaughter Brynn Geis; and his sister-in-law Darlene Zimmerman of Louisiana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
