He is survived by: his wife Karen S. Scapellato (O'Hara); his sons, Daniel "Boon" Scapellato (Angel) of Rostraver, Samuel Scapellato (Jess Gemza) of Cranberry Twp and John Michael Sedor of Boston, MA; his granddaughter Jayden "Princess" Scapellato of Elrama; and his sisters, Rose Mary Mozes (Robert) of Mars, Donna McGivern of Lower Burrell and Denise Salaske (George) of Lincoln Borough. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
