He was predeceased by: his stepfather Tim Kozak; his brother Michael J. Kozak; and his nephew Justin Kozak. He is survived by: his parents, James J. Reddick, Jr. and Janet G. Kozak (Gorsuch); his siblings, Allison L. Ross (Pat), Ashley K. Pritchard (Scott) and Frank E. Kozak (Niki); his son Donovan J. Reddick; his nieces and nephews, Brianna, Kevin Ross, Tyler, Savannah Pritchard and Ryan Kozak; and also Erin E. Melia.
