He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Malloy, Sr. and Rita Fitzpatrick Malloy; and his siblings, Joseph M. Malloy, Jr., Patrick F. Malloy, Paul T. Malloy, John T. Malloy and Rita A. Malloy.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Wenninger Malloy; his children, Danial F. Malloy, Michael J. Malloy and Timothy H. Malloy (Gina); his granddaughters, Evelyn and Grace; and his siblings, Peter J. Malloy (Peggy), JoAnn Menefee (Randy) and Anna Agnes Fronteral (Mark).
