He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph V. Ponzetti Sr. and Ethel Jean Ponzetti (Cook); and his siblings, Teresa Ann and Joseph V. Ponzetti Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dorrrain Ponzetti (Houser); his children, Christina Mastay (Eric) and William "BJ" Ponzetti (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Charlie, Chloe and Ellie; and his siblings, Nelvia Novak (Tim) and Anthony Ponzetti (Sandy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation of the American Lung Association.
